Quality

All of AutoTech's technicians are ASE certified - your assurance of the finest technicians in the automotive industry and a job completed to the highest standards. AutoTech doesn't take short cuts. We use state of the art diagnostic equipment and tools and often research vehicle malfunctions thru an extensive national online database. This gives our customers cars the benefit of the knowledge of thousands of qualified technicians all over the country. At AutoTech most of the parts we use are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). That means that they are produced by the same company that makes the parts for your automobile and are of equal quality (but at a much better price than the dealership!). If OE parts are not absolutely necessary, we'll save you money by using top-quality aftermarket products and on occasion we might suggest a used part where the savings can be quite substantial (unheard of at a dealership!). AutoTech stands behind its work. Our warranty is probably the best in the industry. Even though our AAA certification requires a 6 month warranty, ours is more than double that. We only ask that we be notified of any difficulties immediately and that no other technicians work on the car before we can address the problem.

Price

AutoTech is your factory authorized service and repair alternative to dealership pricing. Since dealers are forced to perform warranty service at a reduced rate, they must make up for this shortfall by charging their paying retail clientele. Since we do not perform original warranty repair service, we have a distinct economic advantage over new car dealerships and can pass the savings along to you. Our ability to shop for parts through various vendors also increases the savings to our customers and, as mentioned previously, we will use quality used parts when practical to save our customers even more money.

Service

AutoTech prides itself on the high level of service we provide to our customers. We usually offer free local transportation to your home or office and can always provide car rentals at specially discounted rates when necessary. In many cases we provide free loaner cars for major services or repairs or in the rare instances when we cannot deliver your car as promised. AutoTech's automated database will track your service records and produce written reminders so your car's maintenance is always on time and important repairs are not forgotten. We always send out mini survey cards for customer feedback in our ongoing effort to improve our customer service.
